Warranty
So that you can use LehmanStick products with confidence, we have set out the following warranty terms for initial defects. These rules are meant to help you enjoy your gear for years to come, so please read them carefully.
[Initial defects]
If an initial defect is found within 7 days of delivery while the product is unused, we will replace or repair it free of charge. Whether a replacement or repair is possible will be determined by us. (Lucky Bags are excluded.)
To request support, please have your proof of purchase (order number or receipt) ready and contact us via the contact form.
[Not covered by the warranty]
- Products for which 8 or more days have passed since delivery
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, alteration or improper storage by the customer
- Products whose shrink wrap has been removed
- Damage caused by impacts during shipping or use, falls, collisions, or loads such as landing jumps
- Damage from external causes that we do not recognize as manufacturing defects
- Minor rust or dirt caused by shipping or storage conditions
- Damage from natural disasters such as fire, earthquakes or floods, or from accidents
- Returns or cancellations for personal reasons (wrong size, color, not as imagined, etc.)
[Returns and exchanges]
As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons. If we do accept one in unavoidable circumstances, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping and payment processing fees.

[Care and storage]
After riding, wipe all moisture off the board surface and edges, and store it dry, away from direct sunlight. Leaving moisture on the board can cause the materials to swell or deteriorate.
