How It Works

  1. Purchase the Service
    Place your order on this page.
  2. We’ll Contact You (Within 48 Hours)
    You’ll receive an email from our team.
    We will arrange pickup for you at that time.
  3. Send Your Gear (Prepaid Shipping)
    Pack your items simply and hand them to the courier when they arrive.
    You will ship the items prepaid to our designated address.
    *Shipping costs to the warehouse are paid directly to the courier.
  4. Arrival Confirmation
    Once your gear arrives, we will inspect the condition and send you confirmation photos by email.
  5. Storage Begins
    We will store your items securely for 1 year from the arrival date.
  6. Request Return
    When you're ready to receive your gear, contact us at least 7 days in advance via email or our official LINE account.
    *Return shipping costs are paid at the time of service purchase.
